What are your fees?
Our fees are based on industry-average percentages of the projected construction budget. Typically, these range from 3.5% to 7% for design and drafting only, and 7% to 14% for full services (which include the administration of consultants, permits, and the building contract). Generally the higher the construction budget, the lower the percentage.
What are your contractural terms and conditions?
Standard Client Architect Agreement unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Do you offer internships or work experience?
We do not have the capacity for in-house training, but provide mentorship to new practitioners interested in traditional architecture.
Where are you based?
Our Australian production atelier is located on private property not open to the public. We work on projects located Australia-wide and globally, with meeting facilities available in most cities.
Do you take on pro bono work?
We provide pro bono assistance where required.
